Position: Area Sales Manager
Professional Experience: 7-8 Years
Educational/Professional Qualifications: BSc/M. Sc. Agriculture, with minimum 2-3 years experience as Territory Sales Manager in a Seed Company.
Locations: Aurangabad
Job Responsibility:

  • Develop Area /Market/segment/village wise sales plan and achieve the area sales and collection targets
  • Identify the important potential market & focus on both trade, subsidy by regular touch with Dealers & Distributores, Agriculture Department officials.
  • Identify potential Distributor’s who have good image and strong hold in the area.
  • Develop customers Data base, HAT layout/Seed allocation Market wise based on potential
  • Develop plan for PP activities
  • Manage all agronomy activities in the area
  • Manage stocks in the area and ensure no stock returns.
  • Appointment of sales teams and team development in the area.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
