Position: Business Managers
Professional Experience: 5+ Years, Hands on experience at international locations
Educational/Professional Qualifications: M. Sc Agriculture with MBA preferred.

Job Responsibility:
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for the development of seed business throughout the region, planning and executing sales and marketing plans to achieve the annual operating plan and budget for the country.
To be successful in this exciting role, the following is required:
- A thorough understanding of sales and marketing practices in the seed crop business in the country,
- including some management level experience
- Strong technical background in some or all of the seed crops relevant to this role
- Fluency in local language and in English, both written and spoken
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to develop a business plan/marketing strategy
- Ability to travel freely, sometimes for extended periods
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
