Position: Chief Financial Officer
Professional Experience: 12-15 Years
Educational/Professional Qualifications: CA, ICWA & CS with minimum 5 years as Head of finance.
Locations: Bangalore
Job Responsibility:

Directing and managing all aspects of the Finance &Accounting in keeping with the goals and objectives of the Company.
Managing monthly financial and related management statements preparation and close for multiple entities including general ledger analysis and various accounting reconciliation processes.
Enhancing and/or developing, implementing, and enforcing policies and procedures of the Company by way of internal controls and introduce policies& systems that will improve the overall financial &accounting operations and effectiveness of the Company.
Technical accounting policy and procedures and control function, including revenue recognition.
Perform quarterly and annual reviews and oversee the timely and accurate preparation of all statutory financial reports as required for a listed company. Lead all interaction with Statutory and Internal auditors to ensure timely and accurate financial close and reporting.
Responsible to assist management in understanding costs, revenues, and related statistical data with a view to take informed decisions.
Responsible to ensure statutory compliances on all FOREX and direct &indirect tax matters.
Responsible for consolidation accounting /principles and procedures and budgetary control.
Control and monitor Funds flow forecasts and actual and working capital requirements of the entity.
All financial functions including Costing, MIS, Budgets, Contracts, Forecasts and Funds Flow Management advantageous for this position
Responsible for all secretarial functions of the company.
