Position: Market Development Manager
Professional Experience: 5-8 Years
Educational/Professional Qualifications: BSc/M. Sc in. Agriculture, with minimum 2-3 years experience as Market Development Manager in a Seed Company.
Locations: Aurangabad
Job Responsibility:
- Develop the region, crop and segment wise HAT plan
- Support the sales team to achieve the PO for the region
- Explore and develop new market in the region
- Prepare the plan and implementation of the post sales activity
- Develop Lay out plan for all HATs
- Identified best hybrids for the region
- Analysis for HAT/FS and AT data and give the recommendation
- Documentation of HAT Data
- Ensure involvement of ultimate customers in the evaluation of hybrids.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
